Growth Engineer

ParisCDI

We are hiring a Growth Engineer to automate the entire pipeline, from an intent signal to a scored lead sitting in the CRM, ready for a sales rep to call.

About Cleavr

“Cleavr makes sure companies get paid on time”

Founded in 2026 by Arthur Guerin, Antoine Grenard and Baptiste Nassoy, Cleavr is an AI startup specializing in accounts receivable. Cleavr makes collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. We are growing 75% month over month with zero customer churn.

The Role

We are hiring a Growth Engineer to automate the entire pipeline, from an intent signal to a scored lead sitting in the CRM, ready for a sales rep to call. Outbound is our best-performing sales motion today and the one we are betting on, so this work sits on the critical path: every intent source connected, enriched and scored, in every market we open. We are not looking for someone who wires up APIs. We are looking for someone who understands this craft deeply enough to be one of the reasons we 10x over the next twelve months.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the pipeline end to end, from intent signal to scored lead in the CRM, with no manual step left in between.
  • Connect and score every intent source worth having: ERP migrations, finance leadership hires, funding rounds, payment behaviour, hiring signals, … Anything that predicts a company is about to have a receivables problem.
  • Make it work market by market. Data providers, sources, deliverability and prospecting rules differ in every country, and a pipeline built for France does not transfer as is.
  • Structure the CRM: data model, deduplication, routing, scoring, and reporting the sales team and the founders actually use to decide.
  • Find new intents, and create them where they don’t exist: lead magnets, tools, content hooks, anything that turns a passive audience into a signal we can act on.
  • Take on inbound as well, at least in the early months: launching and running our ad campaigns and feeding what they bring in into the same scored pipeline.
  • Protect the sales team’s time. Anything a rep does that a system could have done is a bug in your pipeline.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have built acquisition or data pipelines that ran in production, not prototypes that worked once.
  • Are fluent with the stack: APIs, scraping, enrichment providers, automation tools, and enough SQL and Python that nothing blocks you.
  • Understand outbound as a craft rather than a tool: ICP definition, signal quality, deliverability, conversion at every step.
  • Think in numbers. You know what a lead costs, what each source contributes, and where the pipeline leaks.
  • Have worked closely enough with sales teams to know what makes a lead worth calling.
  • Are comfortable building for markets you do not live in, and knowing the prospecting rules that apply there.
  • Are fluent in French and English.
