The Role

We are hiring a Deployment Strategist to support each new client from the sales handover through to the implementation of Cleavr. You will sit between our clients’ finance and IT teams and our own tech team: you’ll validate the data imported from the ERP, train the users, ensure proper usage and demonstrate Cleavr’s ROI. You’ll be the first person to hold this position, so you’ll also be responsible for drafting the operational guide that the rest of the team will rely on.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the ERP connection with the client's IT department and our integration team: access, data flows, master data, and the quality of the invoicing and payment data we import.
• Be the client's ally in every circumstance. Absorb the friction so they never see it - the ERP that won't talk, the data that doesn't reconcile, the jargon and tedious process of collections. What reaches them is a human who knows their pains and delivers a level of quality they didn't expect.
• Onboard our client's finance teams and get them using Cleavr for real.
• Prove the value with the numbers in hand: DSO movement, cash collected, recovery rate, time freed up. Then drive the renewal and the expansions.
• Write the operational guide as you go. What you formalise becomes the way Cleavr deploys.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Have 4+ years in AM, deployment or consulting.
• Can hold your own with a CFO and a CIO in the same meeting.
• Are comfortable enough with data and systems to challenge an integration plan without writing the code yourself.
• Detail-oriented.
• Run several deployments in parallel without letting any of them drift.
• Would rather write the method down once than explain it twice.
• Are fluent in French and English.
