Cash Collection
Cleavr structures recovery into progressive phases, from friendly reminders to legal action. Escalation follows debtor behavior, not an arbitrary schedule. 80% of receivables are resolved before the legal phase.
Six channels: email, SMS, messaging apps (WhatsApp, ...), phone call, voicemail, and letter. Cleavr automatically selects the most effective channel based on the debtor's profile. It depends on the level of autonomy you've given Cleavr Intelligence. Either you've given it full control and it pauses reminders, qualifies the dispute, and decides the next action on its own. Or you prefer to stay in control and it pauses, creates a task for your team with full context (the debtor's response, the qualification, the file history), and you decide the next step. In both cases, no reminder is sent until the dispute is resolved.
Yes. At critical moments in the workflow, for example before sending a formal notice or transferring to a bailiff, Cleavr asks for your approval. It creates a task with the full file context. You approve or reject in one click. Nothing sensitive goes out without you.
Yes. When amicable collection fails, Cleavr transmits a complete file to the bailiff: reminder history, responses, qualifications, amounts. The bailiff has their own portal. You track progress without leaving Cleavr. Nothing is transmitted without your approval.
The workflow stops automatically. The invoice is marked as paid, scheduled reminders are cancelled, the ERP is synced, and analytics update. All cascading, with no manual intervention.
Deployment
ERP connection takes 2 to 10 minutes. Initial sync takes from a few minutes to a few hours depending on volume. Your first reminders can go out the next day.
No. Cleavr provides default recovery workflows with proven settings (durations, channels, tone). You can customize them at any time, but everything works from day one without configuration.
